Okay I know I’m just a girl, but it’s gonna be real talk. We need to lock in. We need to lock in… I know it is almost Thanksgiving break and we are excited to get out of school. But in all reality we need to lock in at school. We need to do those assignments, and study guides. I know it is really hard, but we got to get those good grades. If we don’t, parents won’t be happy, which means no Christmas presents for you, and we want to get spoiled this year. 

It has been a struggle for me these past few weeks to lock in. But here I am sitting at work doing homework. But not going to lie I’ve been struggling all week, I haven’t really wanted to do anything. There have been tears, and many trips to our advanced counselor Sam Pohl. And I don’t like that.

But enough about me and now on you. We  want to be able to spend time with family, friends, etc during Thanksgiving or Christmas. We can connect with your families through phones but I don’t count that as connecting with one another. I am the type of girl that needs that face to face to connect. I feel like that is more connecting than what texting is. Personally I would take my family out and do something like maybe go bowling, fishing, shopping, etc. or  stay in and pull out a board game every family has at least one. You could also come up with a craft or something to do while spending time with family.

That is what I like to do during the holidays. I hope I gave you a word of advice to get creaking on school work. And now you have some amazing ideas to do with your family, I hope you enjoy it!
