“We continued PCM’s tradition of displaying well practiced music in both the show band and jazz band,” junior Jacob Ponder said.
On Feb. 18, both the PCM Mustangs in Motion and the PCM jazz band traveled to Indianola High School to give their last competition performance of the year. The PCM jazz band did well, placing second behind Woodward-Granger. The Mustangs in Motion received the third place trophy out of five.
The Mustangs in Motion are done for the season. However the PCM jazz band is not. The jazz band will perform on Saturday, Feb. 25 in Ottumwa at the Indian Hills Jazz Festival.
