“The most impactful part of the trip for me was when the local people found out and asked if we could go work on their homes, because maybe it had a leaky roof or something like that. It was very humbling,” junior Leevi Telfer said. He was one of the many students on the weeklong mission trip to Gretna, Fla. All of the youth working in the impoverished town gave a sense of hope to the local community.
