PCM seniors share their thoughts on graduating
The class of 2023 has their last day of school this Friday, May 19. With graduation approaching, many seniors are starting to cherish their final high school moments.
“I’m really excited to graduate. I am going to miss a lot of the teachers and the atmosphere. I am just excited to move on and go off into the world on my own and experience new things,” stated Skylar Burns.
While some seniors are ready for graduation day, others are feeling as if this is just like any other year.
“I haven’t really fully processed the fact that I am about to graduate, so right now I’m kind of just flying by and having fun,” said Eleigh Davis.
Trey Voeller feels confident that his time here at PCM has prepared him for what is to come next.
“It feels surreal! Looking back you always think of this moment, and now it is here. As sad as it is though, we seniors move onto new opportunities remembering the relationships, lessons, and dreams we experienced at PCM as we continue growing in our next chapter,” Voeller exclaimed.
Graduation commencement is Sunday, May 21 at 2:00p.m. on the high school football field.
